When Attorney Csonka graduated law school he never intended to practice Bankruptcy Law. The truth is one day a partner at his first firm plopped a bankruptcy down on his desk and told him to figure it out. Well he did and discovered he and a true knack for the work. Attorney Csonka attributes this to his upbringing as the son of a hardworking school teacher in Central Pennsylvania. Understanding what it’s like to have money problems gives him a unique perspective into this work. As he developed his Bankruptcy practice I began to notice a surprising lack of legal services available to those facing employment law issues. Given that these issues often overlap with financial problems it was a natural move to expand into the field of Employment Law. Despite it not being his original plan Attorney Csonka could not envision himself doing anything other than serving the unique needs of his Bankruptcy and Employment law clients.
